Rovatti Deepwell turbine pumps are the result of years of research
and constant technical up-dating. These pumps are used in artesian
or open wells for pumping water from depths of 7 to 100 meters and
more, even in continuous operation. Simple and effective design,
high quality materials, suitable dimensioning and accurate
machining, ensure a long, trouble-free life, high efficiency and
reliability.
The PUMP consists of a
multistage body with bowls and impellers made of high quality
line grained cast iron. The mixed flow enclosed
impellers are dynamically balanced and turn on special rubber
wear rings ensuring long resistance to sand abrasion. The
heavy duty carbon steel pump shaft is equipped with impeller
spacing bushes and is supported by rubber bearings. Bronze
impellers, stainless steel pump shaft and footvalve strainer are
available on request.
The DISCHARGE COLUMN
assembly consists of flanged steel column pipe elements, water
lubricated carbon steel line shafts equipped with hard chrome
plated bushings turning on sand resistant rubber bearings
supported by fine grain high quality cast iron retainers.
The line shaft threaded couplings are made of stainless steel.
Stainless steel line shafts are also available on request.
The DRIVE HEAD is
available in four standard versions: vertical pulley,
right angle gear, right angle gear and overdrive, electric
motor. The various types of drive heads available can be
used with any type of power source. |
