The Rovatti electric
submersible pumps 4ES are now available they are easily installed
into wells and tanks, they are suitable for water supply, municipal
and industrial applications.
The wet end is driven by submersible motors with shaft-ends and
flanged according with standard norms.
The 4ES pumps consist of two main elements: - Pump body

Pump Body
Centrifugal multistage with incorporated non return
valve in delivery bowl and suction grid mounted
in suction bowl. The wet end is suitable to be coupled with standard
submersible motors.
AISI 304 delivery bowl and suction bowl.
AISI 304 stainless steel shafts, bolts, couplings, grid, cable
protections.
Floating Noryl impellers in axial sliding.
Motors
Three - phase asynchronous squirrel cage motors,
available both in rewindable oil filled and
encapsulated versions. Radial and thrust bearings are lubricated by
the same motor liquid.
The 4ES electric submersible pumps are suitable to
delver a wide range of liquids including chemically aggressive
water, with maximum 40g/m³ suspended solids. Maximum running time at
zero delivery (closed gate valve): 2 minutes.
Maximum pumping water temperature, minimum motor cooling water
capacity, operating position, supply voltage, pump rating and other
technical data can be found in the relevant tables.
Hydraulic pump performance refer to cold water (20º) at atmospheric
pressure (1 bar) according to ISO 9906 - Annex A norms.
Performances indicated in the catalogue refer to liquids with
volumic mass of 1kg/dm³ and with kinematic viscosity not higher that
1mm²/s, not including losses in the non - return valve.
