Pumps can be coupled to electric motors and thermic engines by flexible coupling or cardan shaft.

Construction

Horizontal single-stage centrifugal pump with axial suction intake and vertical discharge which can be rotated laterally through 90° on both sides.

Scroll pump body, helical centrifugal closed type impeller, dynamically balanced, intake cover and replaceable wear rings (for reverting to original performances), are in high quality fine cast iron.

A strong cast iron support houses the drive shaft with its relative ball bearings oil bath lubricated with level control by dipstick.

Sealing on the shaft is guaranteed by adjustable and easily replaceable packing rings.  Mechanical seal is available on request.
